• Nebizone does not own, sell, or control listed products or services
• Listings are created by independent third-party users
• Nebizone does not guarantee accuracy, quality, or legality of listings
• Nebizone is not involved in transactions between users
• Buyers and sellers communicate and transact directly

Safety Recommendation:
Users are encouraged to take necessary precautions before engaging in any transaction. Always verify information and deal carefully.

4. User Submitted Content

4.1 Your Representations and Warranties

By submitting or posting any content ("Your Content"), including listings, images, or information, you confirm that:

• You have full rights and ownership of the content
• The content is lawful and not misleading
• It does not violate any intellectual property or privacy rights
• You are fully responsible for the content you post

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to post content that:

Sellers’ Responsibilities:

Buyers’ Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe transaction practices

Both Parties:

All agreements, payments, deliveries, and warranties are strictly between buyers and sellers. Nebizone is not part of these agreements.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal.
